6. Liability & Product Use

• UtilityPal is not responsible for damages or malfunctions resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.

• This product must be installed by a qualified electrician or technician, adhering to local wiring and safety standards.

• UtilityPal is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to system failures, power disruptions, or financial losses due to product use.

• If a product is found to be defective or not in compliance with its description, customers may be entitled to a replacement as per the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

7. Warranty & Returns

• Strictly No Refunds – Customers must ensure they are purchasing the correct items, as UtilityPal does not accept returns due to incorrect purchases.

• Items are eligible for replacement only if they are within the warranty period and have been deemed faulty by our technicians.

• The warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or external damage.
